Here at Solitude, we endeavor to provide you with the space to rest, relax, play and reconnect. If it's a romantic get away, our Wood's Edge Cottage is the perfect private retreat for special couples. Our Lake Vista Suite offers over 1800 sq. ft. of apartment living to enjoy quality family time together while still allowing everyone the space to move, watch a movie in the media room, play a rousing game of ping pong or relax in your own private hot tub.
From September - June, rent the entire 5,600 sq. ft. main house with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces and 2 kitchens for a truly exquisite 'home away from home' experience.
Linens and kitchenware provided - just bring your clothes and get ready for Solitude!

We are passionate about your vacation experience. Our heated, outdoor pool is beautifully maintained and kept at a warm 84 degrees Farenheit so everyone can enjoy the water. Our poolside hot tub, loungers and soft seating mean that there's room for all, while the firepit at the top of the pool enclosure provides a beautiful view of the lake and amazing stars late at night.
Our media room with it's projector and large screen is well stocked with movies as well as satellite TV. The kid's playroom/games room provides hours of activities for the whole family and the ping pong room is yet another activity option.
Exploring the Tranquility Garden with the gazebo and path to the fish pond is a mini-adventure or just a place to sit and rest.
There's so much to do at Solitude ... and we haven't even mentioned Shuswap Lake, beaches, golfing, hiking and so much more!
